I am a senior researcher at KORA, Switzerland, and board member of Progetto Lince Italia, Italy. As coordinator of the SCALP (Status and Conservation of the Alpine Lynx Population) my work is dedicated on synchronizing monitoring and conservation activities of lynx in the Alps and adjacent ranges. In recent years my main focus is on reinforcement of the lynx in the south-eastern Alps and to improve connectivity with neighbouring populations. Since 2014 coordination of EU projects in the Italian Eastern Alps (LIFE DINALP BEAR, 3Lynx and LIFE Lynx) for Progetto Lince Italia.
