The COMMUNICATE component includes the communication of results and lessons learnt as well as the sharing of information with stakeholders, other conservationists and the general public. It is crucial to the advancement of the conservation of species and garner support for conservation measures. The Cat SG mainly makes use of its journal, Cat News, and the Digital Cat Library to share information about cat species and conservation issues.  The Cat SG also deals with requests from media, students and the general public concerning cat species and their conservation. The continuous exchange with different stakeholders and the public is a crucial part of the work of the Cat SG.
