Plan

B. Cranke

PLAN is the component that allows the development of conservation strategies and action plans for the conservation of species based on the information and outcomings of the ASSESS part. Several different methods and tools are used in the planning of conservation measures for a species, depending on the situation and the available means and resources. There,  are some important aspects that should be considered in the planning of all species conservation projects. The Cat SG follows the guidelines and principles of the IUCN for Species Strategic Planning and provides guidelines for planning more specifically for cat conservation through the Cat Conservation Compendium.
