From 5 to 7 March 2014, the workshop for the development of a National Action Plan for the conservation of the cheetah and the African wild dog in Benin took place. The workshop brought together some twenty participants from various GOs and NGOs. At the workshop, 8 objectives were defined regarding resources, improvement of knowledge, sensitizing, politics and legislation, coexistence, utilisation, habitat improvement, and implementation of the strategy. |
