In several countries of Latin America, especially in Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador and parts of Central America, the security of ranchers in the countryside and the theft of livestock are major problems, which affect all the development of the livestock and conservaitonist activity, which any farmer wants to develop. This work was originally written for the Venezuelan situation, but its approaches and possible solutions are applicable throughout Latin America. Therefore, being such an important and actual issue, and with a direct impact we include it as an imporant chapter in this publication. |
