Review of the the proposal in which the Republic of Uganda requests the Conference of the Parties at its 14th meeting to allow the hunting of Uganda's leopards (_Panthera pardus_) population for: 1) the exclusive purpose of Sport Hunting for Skins for personal use to be exported as personal effects; and 2) with an Annual Export Quota of 28 Leopards for the whole country. |
