The general goal of this study was to perform a baseline study in view of elaborating a land utilisation plan for the village hunting zone (ZCV) "Mourou-Fadama", prefecture of Mbomou, sub-prefecture of Bakouma. The study specifically aimed to evaluate the possibility and feasability of establishing a ZCV in the study area, perform an inventory of the present wildlie to i) establish a baseline before exploitation and ii) propose hunting quotas, study the socio-economic context of the ZCV, and to propose land utilisation options (hunting plan) for the ZCV. |
