This note documents the case of a leopard cat _Prionailurus bengalensis_ that left obvious claw-marks in its tracks. This observation has ramifications for widely held views amongst wildlife surveyors and conservation practitioners on the identification of fishing cat _Prionailurus viverrinus_ based on track morphology. |
