The Forest Service is proposing to incorporate management direction into land management plans that conserves and promotes the recovery of lynx. The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) discloses the effects of six alternatives which were developed to meet the purpose and need and respond to primary issues. This volume contains our Responses to the Comments that we received from the public and other agencies on the DEIS. |
