This chapter reports the current knowledge of the metapopulation structure of tigers in Thailand. It draws attention to trans-border areas where populations in Thailand extend into neighbouring countries. The methodology to assess the status of tigers and the current actions to implement ecosystem management in each of the protected area complexes occupied by tigers are described. |
