To determine the extent of the human-tiger conflict during the honey collection period in the Indian Sundarban, data relating to the period of 25 years between 1985 and 2010 were collected from the Forest Department, Government of West Bengal. These data were analysed statistically and in light of the available literature on the subject to draw conclusions and make recommendations. |
