The objects of the survey were: 1. to obtain a general picture of the ecology of the Sundarbans Mangrove Forest, 2. to study the occurrence of mankilling by tigers and to analyse the problem, 3. to find a way to conserve the tiger in the area with the human utilisation of the forest. |
