O'Grady, R.
Clouded leopards (_Neofelis nebulosa_) in the British isles
1988  Full Book

To briefly summarise, there are twenty Clouded leopards in the British Isles at present. The male No. 339 is at Thrigby Hall, and two females Fua (511) and Cleo (243) at Glasgow. Cleo's mate Caesar - an old male - died on 2nd April 1987. Fua was artifically inseminated - unsuccessfully on 20/02/86 and 21/02/86. Of the 17 Clouded leopards at Howletts and Port Lympe, Mike Lockier does not hold out much hope of breeding from any of them except perhaps the youngest pair, Arjan (595) and Tonking (596).
