The Lynx _Lynx lynx_ in the north-east of France. The colonization of the French Jura massif and the reintroduction of the species in the Vosges massif
1987  Ciconia (11(2)): 131-151

The lynx has recolonized the Jura massif in the early 1970s and was re-introduced in the Vosges massif in 1983. The studies that the Office National de la Chasse et de la Faune Sauvage has conducted in the last years are related here. Particular aspects of this paper are the historical presence and current status of lynxes in the Jura and Vosges massif as well as their ecology and the prey (roe deer)-predator relationship in the Vosges massif.
