Specimens of 12 helminth species were collected from carcasses of eight _Lynx pardinus_ (Temminck, 1827), a carnivore endemic to the Iberian Peninsula. These species included: _Brachylaima sp. _(12.5%) (Trematoda); _Taenia pisiformis_ (12.5%), _T. polyacantha_ (25%), _T. taeniaformis_ (25%) and _Mesocestoides litteratus_ (37.5%) (Cestoda); _Eucolueus aerophilus_ (12.5%), _Ancylostoma tubaeforme_ (12.5%), _Toxocara cati_ (37.5%), _Toxascaris leonina _(62.5%), _Vigisospirura potekhina pothekina_ (12.5%), _Mastophorus muris _(12.5%) and _Physaloptera praeputialis_ (12.5%) (Nematoda). The helminth fauna in Iberian lynx is compared with that of _L. canadensis_ and_ L. rufus i_n America, and for _L. lynx _in Eurasia. The potential relationships between the parasitological data and some geographical, historical and dietary factors are discussed.
