Large predators in the Russian North-West

The four large carnivore species in northwest Russia are brown bear, wolf, lynx and wolverine. Gulo gulo is under protection in the whole area, Lynx lynx only in some provinces. There are given actual data on distribution population number, age structure, bag record, predator-prey relations.
