The conservation of a species is not possible without conserving its habitat taking into account all the different components and processes of the ecosystem around it. To take efficient conservation measures it is therefore necessary to take into account certain basic species information as where you can find it, its abundance and biological aspects in relation to other species and the ecosystem. Monitoring methods are described including protocols. |
