Traylor-Holzer, K.
North American Regional Amur Tiger Studbook
2010  Full Book

This studbook database includes all known specimens of Amur (also known as Siberian) tigers held in North American facilities with lineages traceable back to wild-caught tigers, beginning with imports into the U.S. in the 1930s and current through 1 July 2010. Privately owned tigers with unknown or unverified pedigrees are not included either in this regional studbook or in the international studbook. There is only one tiger with unknown parents in the regional studbook (SB 1163), and this tiger has no living descendants in the managed SSP population.
