Hornbrook, J.
Conclusions of the working group of discussion and identification of prioritites
2004  Conference Proceeding

The assistants to the II International Seminar and Workshop of the Iberian Lynx Conservation in Andaluc¡a make a reflexion in group using a methodology of discussion workgroup, controlled by Jonathon Hornbrook from WWF, who tries to achieve everyoneïs participation, not just interchanging opinions, but with the obligation of expressing themselves about some determined questions we develop now. This dialogues are previous to the working groups, made by specialists of the different themes to discuss, all at once, the most important items of the Iberian Lynx conservation, which will lately by analyzed in those groups, now smaller and therefore more dynamic. We try to recognize the improvements done on the last years at the same time we agree what points are not solved yet and what kind of measures and actuations could solve them in the next years. One of the objectives of the working group is the establishment of priorities, because the efforts done are very important and of very different origins, implied agents and responsibilities, and of course we have to count that the funding is always limited.
