Implementation of the strategy is going well. Progress is. He stressed the role of effective and efficient data collection, and utilization of information for management, he challenged the participant to effectively implement the strategy with limited resources within KWS. He stressed the need for the division to be on the fore front in implementation of the strategy by encouraging field senior scientists to use the strategies when developing annual work plans. Internal meetings are to be initiated with KWS scientists to fast track implementation. |
