Mount Halimun Salak National Park is one of the National Park which has a natural mountain forests in Java which is very interesting. Also has a very high biological biodiversity, one of which can still be found in the life of wildlife mammals, such as gibbons java, surili, leopard. But the diversity, influenced by the presence of crater queen activity in TNGHS. Content of chemical gases released, such as SO2, H2S, CO2, CH4 on crater queen gives a great influence on species diversity of mammals, along with state of the vegetation around crater queen.
